“Helpful and informative, and frequent with updating me about my claim. Is a slow process, but that's natural with having to contact multiple third parties and waiting g their responses. Monaj was friendly and ensured that I understood the documents being sent to me and what needed signing. He also answered any questions I had and helped where he could. Only downside is the constant asking to write reviews. I understand that they allow workers to get pay rises/move up in the workplace but once I've agreed to write the review I do not need constant asking as it is off putting to do. I also dislike being told it must be 5 stars otherwise the worker needs more training, well they should be at a standard where they don't need to specify that.”
