“My family have been longstanding patients at Corner House Dental Care, and we have always received outstanding care. While we were sad to say goodbye to Dr Neeta and Dr Ketan, the transition to the new team has been seamless and reassuring. I recently needed a difficult tooth extraction and was seen by Dr Karan, who took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly beforehand. He was knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly reassuring throughout. On the day of the procedure, he was welcoming and calm, which really helped to put me at ease. The extraction was carried out promptly and smoothly, and it was clear from start to finish that Dr Karan is not only highly experienced but also truly dedicated to his patients’ wellbeing. Following the procedure, I experienced some swelling and bruising and was quickly seen by Dr Hiral. He was equally kind, attentive, and professional. Both Dr Karan and Dr Hiral listened carefully to my concerns and gave clear, helpful advice, which left me feeling genuinely cared for and in very safe hands. “Freshest breakfast in Borehamwood! Barracuda is known for lunch and dinner, but their breakfast deserves far more attention. I had the Mediterranean breakfast with sourdough and an iced coffee — perfectly poached eggs, browned halloumi, fresh avocado and spinach, seasoned olives, and grilled tomato. It’s by far the freshest, most balanced breakfast in the area. Most cafés nearby are just average greasy spoons, but this is on a completely different level. If people don’t support places like this, they won’t last — and Borehamwood will only be left with the bland, profit-driven cafés. This breakfast is being overlooked and deserves more people coming in.”

“Great activity for kids. Clean, tidy and lots of fun! Tickets are good value but you have to buy and use their own socks which adds to the cost first time round. Soft play for under 5s and younger jumper section cordoned off from main area which is nice for smaller ones. Cafe didn't open until 9:30am although our ticket was from 9am so spectators or jumpers might have to wait if first in. Other areas include a dodgeball arena, crash pit, basketball trampoline court. Spectators can sit in cafe which is upstairs and good view of whole place.”

“Today I ate this crab noodles soup. It is really good, makes me remember Vietnamese foods. It is really same as the taste when I eat in Vietnam. I saw Longdan will have demo in some places, just wanna share to everyone who miss Vietnamese food like me.”

“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! Bubbles is eternally grateful!”

“We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.”

“We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“Amazing food and great service. The 2 of us enjoyed a starter, king Prawns and calamari, and main course each, spaghetti with king Prawns and penne with salmon. All dishes presented beautifully and tasted delicious! Best Italian food compared to Zizzi and Pizza Express. Staff were friendly yet professional especially Melania who served us, always a smile on her face. Highly recommended and will definitely come again soon.”

“Had one of the best pastries here - The Cruffin!!! Delicious and filled with cheese cake & available flavours - we had Blackberry. It was the best ever.... The staff are friendly and warm. Set near the Aldenham Country Farm, the cafe has warm indoor seating and a large tent, just like camping.”

“A first class service from beginning to end. With an annual holiday coming up, I asked whether they could complete the repair to my vehicle by a certain date - they met that date. Very impressive. Matthew, at Fastlane, promised I would receive updates every three days as to the progress being made to repair my vehicle; this duly happened. The only reason I used Fastlane was because of a friend and colleague who had used them twice before and could not praise them highly enough. I certainly was not disappointed, as to their customer service or the quality of the repair. Fill credit goes to Matthew who was highly focused, polite and efficient at all times. So, my thanks once again, to Matthew and all the staff at Fastlane for a job well done.”

“We had an amazing stay at Home Farm. Facilities are amazing and all very clean. Love the barn, great for socialising. Beautiful location with the forest and fields. We had a lady come in to do wine tasting one afternoon which I would definitely recommend.. Would love to come back with the dogs one day.”

“We actually only got takeaway this time (though we were in a couple of weeks ago for a celebratory dinner and the atmosphere was buzzing then) , so I'm still giving 5 stars for atmosphere!) Our food was ready bang on time, hot, delicious and really decent portions. Never had a bad meal from Bricky's! Highly recommend.”
