“Ali and the amazing team at Mad Lilies recently provided the flowers for our wedding day at Botley Hill Barn. The service they provided was impeccable from the first consultation, right up until the big day. The floral arrangements, bouquets and buttonholes were absolutely stunning - truly a work of art. “It’s always a great experience at Chai, the coffee is great, and food is always fresh and delicious! I got the chicken wrap which was great. The selection of cakes is incredible, they are not too sweet and are freshly made everyday. The decor is incredible and it’s very comfortable and cozy to sit here. In summers it’s very nice to sit outside.”

“My sons love going to Crafty Critters. The activities are always different and interesting and they are always so proud to show me what they've made. They are really creative so found other sports camps tiring and boring. Crafty Critters is a perfect mix of crafts and sports. Added to this, the staff are brilliant :-) It's definitely my favourite of the local holiday clubs”

“We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!”

“My experience was online and I visited their website yesterday evening to purchase a bottle as a gift. Placing an order was very easy to do and it was great to see that there was a local delivery option available too which I took advantage of. Received a phone call this morning confirming my order and to arrange delivery for a time which was suitable to me. I opted anytime today and loved the fact it got delivered within the hour. Absolutely great service from Jonathan who promptly delivered my wine to the doorstep with a smile. Will definitely return and consider Banstead Vintners as my first port of call for wine purchases in the future. Prices were competitive for the wine I was after, so I'm really pleased with the experience overall.”
