The place used to strike fear into me every time I walked past, as I had loads of fillings, extractions, route canal etc etc as a youngster and developed a phobia of the dentist. As such, I started to neglect going for check ups, only really visiting when it was too late and I was in agony. I've manned up a bit now, and the current main dentist is the owners son who is fantastic. He is calm, friendly, reassuring and incredibly skilled. Over the past 5 years or so he has done various required bits on my teeth and each time with remarkable efficiency and absolute minimal pain or drama. We're very lucky to have him as a local NHS dentist, I just hope he and the practice in general stays where they are.”
