“I was dubious after reading some of the reviews but had a great experience at this dentist. Receptionist was lovely and very professional and the dentist was also really pleasant and put me at ease. I struggled to find any dentists in the area that were accepting NHS clients but this practice was accommodating and I have another appointment booked in a weeks time to sort out a filling that is much needed. The place itself is a bit basic but my experience was great.”

Please take no notice of the silly woman who denigrated the Receptionist saying she had no reception skills. SUE is absolutely lovely, until my father passed away we all went to family dental practice, including my mum & dad, my auntie and uncle, my husband, myself and our son. My cousin did work experience there and is a dentist herself now on the strength of it!!! Keep up the good work!”

“I don’t really know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had an issue with this surgery since 2020. Every time I have needed an appointment, they have given me one for the same week, even the same day. The doctor is nice and helpful, addresses all concerns. I had blood tests today by the nurse and she was very kind and understanding, she reassured me and distracted me as I am not good with blood. Reception staff are nice and helpful as-well. Also anytime I have needed a prescription, it has been sent over to my nominated pharmacy within 24 hours. No complaints from me.”
