“We always use the Robert Dyas DHL service point in Bromley BR1. The shop assistant was so helpful I was actually blown away! Usually we are left to just guess the box size and pack it. This particular shop assistant looked at our items, judged the size we needed, he then went on to help us pack the box, holding it up for us. He was so polite and so helpful I was really taken back. It's hard to find this type of help in shops nowadays. I use to work in sales 16-17 years ago and I used to treat my customers like this. I wish I knew his name to quote! “At 82 years old, carer of my wife who has dementia, and with medical problems of my own, both before and then through lockdowns and after, Colin and his staff have been brilliant in their support. Every 2 weeks of so I have arrived at 0600 AM, at opening, to get groceries for us, usually about 7 or 8 bags, been greeted, helped generally, and especially with getting the shopping to the car. Surprising and sensible range for a small store. Thank you all!”

“I stopped by at Valhalla today because I needed help with my nose piercing, and I was greeted, and assisted, by the lovely and gracious Stacy. Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. It's a very cool space and filled with what seems like great people, so I'll definitely return for any new piercings, piercing assistance, and even a new tattoo.”

“Had a lovely tattoo Experience, Jamie the owner is just a lovely and funny guy, he always makes the whole experience fun and comfortable, even more especially if its your first time. The commucation prior to booking the appointment is great as they discuss everything with you, the shop is clean and there is always a nice vibe in there. I have had all my 9 tattoos done there by him and the other lovely tattoo artists in the shop and I would not go anywhere as they know what they are doing and very accommodating so can't wait to keep getting more. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.”
