There was initial confusion with my insurance company and Marie explained everything clearly to me. She even went out of her way to enquire about additional information I was confused about regarding my insurance company and then called me back to put my mind at ease. Josè was also super polite and very informative every time I spoke to him over the phone. My car has come back repaired to an impeccable standard and it’s been immaculately cleaned.
