“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. “Iconic salon ✨ This hair dressers is simply the best! So I haven’t been to a hair dressers in like a decade, and have used box dyes to cover greys. My hairs very dark brown (almost black) and I wanted to go light ginger. Holly didn’t refuse point blank like I was expecting, she explained it would take a whole day if I wanted it done in one sitting & that’s exactly what we did. She listened to what I wanted and made my dream a reality. All the staff are really sweet and it’s a real hidden gem. My sister recommend Mane to me and I’ll be recommending everyone too. “I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”
