Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. “I am so glad I found Barbara. I first started coming to Barbara for electrolysis 18 months ago and my confidence was at an all time low. Thank god it was the time of wearing masks. A few set backs with lockdown and finances, but I have been going weekly for about 10 months and the improvement is amazing. I am so thankful to Barbara.
