“Staff were super friendly and I could be taken immediately. Consultation was thorough, and the expertise and communication of my stylist (Jethwa i think) was incredible. Throughout the service any customisations and adjustments could be made (to improve longevity, reduce maintenance etc) and the service was far more thorough than a regular barber (who tend to get you in and out in 10 minutes), with a clear desire to get the absolute best outcome, despite being a longer process. The final result was perfect (mine was a perfectly blended fade and textured fringe) and the expertise and effort that went into the service very much shows. Price is identical to regular barbers, but you’re getting a 3 times as long and thorough service, with 10 times better results, so realistically it’s an absolute bargain. Styling was incredible and the products were amazing. The loyalty scheme looks great (with discounts, free products and credit) so I look forward to coming here regularly. Thank you!”

“Mr (Bob) Dent was really nice to me and my father we came with a really old racquet with an aluminium frame that my dad really liked as he got it from 30 years ago(it's 50 years old) and Mr Dent still offered to mend it even though it was super old.Price was super reasonable and Bob was super cool.Not only was Mr Dent interested in helping us understand how stringing works and why it is needed and how much tension our racquet needed and he was very professional.This was an amazing experience.”

He is a very skilful barber who takes his craft very seriously and I have nothing but positive comments. Due to his popularity, he does get very busy but that is understandable - I just need to be patient and show respect to his other clients and wait for my turn. When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues.
