“A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally). All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you! Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!”

He really paid attention to the hard skin on my feet and was very gentle clipping cuticles and using an electric file . He recommended a colour to me as I was very vague and used a brand which he said was better than another brand. He was very chatty and polite offering me a cup of tea. It was very relaxing and a nice quiet environment as some salons can be very busy and noisy . Overall, a really enjoyable experience not expensive either very competitive.
