So glad I did because Debbie was a real help with styling tips - giving me pointers on how to combine the top I had my eye on, and with references on how things would likely fit (I’m over 6ft and curvy!). Lovely spacious changing rooms near the rear if I wasn’t too lazy to give it a try on! Really pleased with the outfit I picked up and will be back again. “I booked into have a 1-2-1 with Joanne to learn to design large urns. Joanne was warm and welcoming plus very open and approachable when asking questions. The ingredients she chose were beautiful! Joanne had loads of great tips, not just about the design but choosing the ingredients, the vessel type, logistics and transportation. There was a relaxed atmosphere and it was wonderful to spend a few hours working with Joanne and chatting all things flowers. I would really recommend seeing Joanne for a 1-2-1 class.”

“I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”
