“Chris did an OUTSTANDING job on our oven. We were leaving tenancy and embarrassingly haven't cleaned our oven for years, we also had an oven protector which seemed to have melted a bit and got stuck. Chris was able to come earlier than expected (called beforehand to check) and made the oven practically new again! And he was a lovely guy. Couldn't recommend him enough! Worth every penny!”

“Stayed here in August for a trip to Hever Castle - stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, great grounds for people watching :), great location, such friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the company. “My puppy had his first haircut with Pauline. I wasn't sure how it would go as he was quite nervous but she was very patient and caring and he came away happy and looking very handsome. He has since been back and I have been very pleased with his appearance. I would definitely recommend Pluto's Parlour and intend to regularly return with my spaniel, Charlie.”

Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”

“I have always found using this dog groomer to be a stress free and enjoyable experience. Kirsty is very friendly and booking an appointment to suit us both is easy. Despite the fact that our dog is probably not the easiest dog in the World to groom she always goes happily with Kirsty and comes out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. Kirsty sends a text when our dog is ready for collection so it all works perfectly - well done Kirsty.”

“We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“Victoria was such a helpful host at Hurst Farm. I rented all 4 rooms for my wedding party in preparation for my wedding held nearby and I also got ready there in the morning. Victoria was not only incredibly helpful in answering any queries quickly before the booking, but also great once we were there. The rooms were all lovely and the gardens were beautiful - perfect for a morning photoshoot! She provided us a buffet breakfast on the morning of the wedding when we were all getting ready, and she cooked up a delicious cooked English for everyone on the Sunday morning in her kitchen which was such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Hurst Farm!”

“My 9 month old labradoodle STAR has had 4 grooms so far with Pride & Groom and I am very pleased with the results each time. First visit I was more nervous than STAR as I had no idea what type of cut to request but they talked me through the options clearly. STAR looks great after every visit, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. STAR is always eager when we reach the Sevenoaks location, and does not playup when I leave (only alittle sad about that:)). Thank you Team”

“Just back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas. “Never had bad service in Boots. And they always seem to have what you want, obviously the pharmacy is very useful but I've always found it very handy for gifts or gift ideas along with all of the usual shampoos cosmetics etc plus the staff are always friendly”
