“Jess and Danielle are both lovely and welcoming. The salon offers a puppy academy to give an amazing introduction to puppies who will require regular grooming. My poodle has visited since he was a few months old and I have already booked my new puppy in to start her puppy academy next month. A reliable and very professional service. Small touches make it even more special such as gorgeous pictures and bow ties after every groom. I cannot recommend this groomers enough.”

“I have been taking my Poochon Ace to Dogtastic now for over a year after a bad experience with a previous groomer so was very nervous to try somewhere new. Emma and Sarah were so reassuring that Ace's experience with them would be a good one and I have not looked back since. The girls are so kind and caring with him and as he is quite nervous, they make him feel at ease immediately. The groom is always perfect and I wouldn't take Ace anywhere else. Highly recommend them!”

“After trying many different groomers over the years - some near, some (ridiculously) far away - we were recommended Handsome Hound, et voila, our search was over! The shop is small, it's a one dog out, one dog in system (or two dogs, depending on staff numbers that day), Andrew is friendly and professional, not to mention that Maisie looks absolutely wonderful after her hand-strip and groom. 5 stars without hesitation, wish we'd found THIS Hound sooner!”

“Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. Jam thoroughly brush her out and made her look absolutely amazing! She also gave us some brilliant advice on how to keep her coat looking nice. Thank you so much, Jan!”

“Jeannette has been doing my dogs since she very first started grooming. We had two poodle crosses and a Maltese and at times she has helped me with matted rescue cats. My dogs absolutely love her and she always does an excellent job, one of them used to be quite nervous too but Jeannette soon won him over.
