“Absolutely lovely experience. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”
“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”
“Genuinely so happy with the care and attention that this vet has been giving our cat over her first year of life including her spay surgery, vaccinations and routine check ups. Lovely, reassuring and competent that’s and support staff. Thank you highly recommend.”
“Val and David are amazing. All cats are treated as if they’re their own. They care greatly for cats and their owners. Our cat has always been really well looked after when she has stayed with them. Highly recommend!”
“We changed our veterinary practice to Park vets after reading their reviews and hearing great things about their service from a friend. We are so pleased that we did, we are no longer on a conveyor belt, feeling unimportant and taking up time. Every visit at Park Vets, we are greeted in a friendly and professional way, we are given time with the vet, who not only listens but thoroughly checks and clearly explains any concerns. We now feel our much loved member of the family, receives the care and attention he deserves. Thank you park Vets. Xx”
“Always friendly and welcoming. The vets are lovely and knowledgable”
“I really can't thank the wonderful staff at Sandholes enough. Vet Anna and receptionist Sam were amazingly supportive and compassionate when we had to have our beloved guinea pig Tony put to sleep. We were listened to, never rushed and had time to spend his last moments with him.”
“I can not recommend The Animal Clinic enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my bunny’s procedure ever so helpful and friendly. Betsy was well looked after and woke up from surgery very happy and was a great little fur patient as I was told by the vet. Thank you so much for giving Betsy the best care. X”
“Really great vet!!! I LOVE MY LITTLE ONE LIKE FURRY BABY!! They always understand my emotions and say I am her mum always say and address me as Jovina's mum. They are very caring the way they look after my baby I can trust them blindly. Thank you Team!!!”
“By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do! Through ups and downs, David and his team support has been unwavering. We can’t thank them enough for their dedication.”
“I have been bringing my very old tortoise to CJ Hall for some years now - the first visit was for a problem caused by care elsewhere. This was resolved very well and he now comes back for a holiday (boarding) every year…we will not be going anywhere else for his care!”
“I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being. Thank you, Village Vet, for everything you do!”
“Got my little Suki spayed last week Friday. I'm so glad I came across this clinic by chance online. All the staff were very friendly and professional, smiles everywhere. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I was really worried how she would heal or how she would be after her operation and she was totally fine, has healed so well and now have finally taken off the little kitten vest and she couldn't be any happier and healthier. I definitely recommend their clinic. Although it's a charity and it's free I made a small payment towards the surgery as its well deserved. I got a call from the clinic a week after Suki's surgery to check up on her and to see how she was healing and if I had any concerns or questions. Great service ”
“The practice took care of Obi, my friends cat, after we found he had died at home. They took care of us as much as him. The staff are wonderful, I can't thank them enough for making a difficult time less so.”
“Very good Veterinary Practice. Easy parking outside. Very thorough treatment by Vets. Easy to get appointments. Nice friendly staff. Good waiting area. We had not had a dog for many years. So had not claimed on our Pet Insurance. The Practice claimed for us. From when we first took him to them.”
“Out two cats have been treated at this surgery for four years and always received great care. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's quite easy to get an appointment.”
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Waggin’ Tails Veterinary Clinic! My dog, a big, lovable bear, has been a patient here for roughly four years, and the care he’s received has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. Nora and her assistant Claire are nothing short of exceptional. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make both me and my dog feel completely at ease. Whether it’s a routine check-up, advice on care, or addressing any health concerns, their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion shine through every time. Nora has an incredible ability to connect with animals, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Her attention to detail and thorough explanations always leave me feeling confident that my dog is in the best hands. And Claire, what a gem! Her friendly and inviting nature makes every visit a pleasure. Over the years, Waggin’ Tails has become more than just a vet clinic, it feels like family. I trust them completely with my furry friend’s health, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding care they provide. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about your pet as much as you do, I couldn’t recommend Waggin’ Tails enough. Thank you, Nora and Claire, and the whole team for keeping my big bear happy, healthy, and thriving!”
“Easy to book appointments, friendly and caring staff.”
“Had my two guinea pigs neutered here. The vet was knowledgeable about guinea pigs (using the abdominal rather than scrotal method) and everyone was lovely.”
“The staff at Medi vet I really nice and friendly and they look after my Luna who is a Jack Russell cross Chihuahua very well and they also look after my cat Buffy and my African grey parrot Cassie”
“Thank you ESVC team for looking after our Gandalf over the weekend. Vet Lilia was absolutely amazing, kept us updated during his stay (detailed phone calls), the care, advise (and opinion), follow up call to explain test results and treatment action plan going forward even though ESVC isn't our registered vet. Thank you for your care and kindness Lilia.”
“Amazing vet, looked after Oscar with the utmost care, with lots of treats to calm him down. Simple explanations to what was wrong with Oscar and great advice, guidance and reassuring information.”
“Wonderful care from all at Village Vet Southgate for our cat. He's now 17 and has had some serious health issues over the years. Zara has always given us the information we've needed to make decisions and is good at listening to us too. All the staff are kind and welcoming.”
“I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care our French bulldog, Bars, received at Forest Veterinary Center. Dr. Joseph Yate expertise and compassionate approach were evident throughout Bars' treatment for an anal gland abscess. Bars is now fully healed, thanks to Dr. Joseph's skillful hands and the attentive assistance of receptionist Alissa, who ensured smooth communication and coordination. Our experience at Forest Veterinary Center was nothing short of outstanding, and we highly recommend their services to all pet owners seeking top-notch care for their beloved companions.”
“I fostered a dog from Islington's Dog Wardens through a local charity "All Dogs Matter," and this is the Vet's that they use. My French Bulldog was seen by Josh and treated for several ongoing issues. I later rehomed the dog, "Izzy," and will probably continue using this vets even though I live in Upper Holloway a 263 ride away. I'm getting Izzy spayed there next Tuesday. Josh seems to be a very caring and compassionate Vet, with a deep knowledge of animals. He is especially good with French Bulldogs, and complaints the breed experience.”
“I still travel there although living much further dawn the Kent. Dr.Natalie is best vet we have ever had , all staff is very professional and kind .Very caring practise!”
“My kitten was taken good care off at her stay with this cattery. The owners were lovely and was always happy to update me with how my cat is when I called. She was fed well and kept warm highly recommend! Thank you xx”
“Our cat unfortunately went missing in March. I had an email out of the blue in July from Parkvets to say she had been handed in along with 6 kittens. She was just about to be neutered when she vanished. We had previously been told by a local vet that she was a he, but that's another story. She had somehow travelled from Lincoln to Sidcup! Parkvets were marvelous. Looking after her and the kittens. Even taking photos and sexing them and weighing. I will be for ever grateful to them for tracking me down and reuniting us. An excellent vets.”
“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”
“What a lovely place and service. Raj has been truly amazing in devoting his time and patience to desensitising my dog who was severly anxious of vet visits in the past. He has won his trust and confidence and can now be examined and treated while remaining calm - he is a different dog and Raj a "dog whisperer"! Also special mention to the reception staff who are always so friendly, especially Lizzie who never fails to greet us with a smile and genuine interest.”
