“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. She was welcoming and friendly and would go out of her way! Please say hello to her when you go in. A credit to the hotel. :)”

“We went to have a look as we are interested in getting a bird as a pet. The birds were all very clean and well looked after. A great hour or so watching the birds. Every accessory you could need for most pets.”

They listen to your grooming requirements and my dog likes going here other groomers we have tried he usually tries toturn round and leave once he realises where he is. No problems here he loves going and he can play with the other dogs in the garden when done. They dont use crates here.”

“Penny came to visit and play with our cat whilst we were away for 4 days. We couldn’t recommend her enough. She was extremely professional, always punctual & went above and beyond to make sure Neva was happy, including doing some tasks we hadn’t initially agreed (feeding etc.). She also shared updates on each visit and really made sure that we knew Neva was in good hands! Thanks very much x”

“I had my dog Bear washed and brushed and he throughly enjoyed himself. The ladies were fantastic and clearly love dogs. The service was excellent and very professional, as were the ladies. Fantastic experience.”

“We were reluctant to use these vets due to the reviews on Google. However, we had no choice and the vet we saw was actually brilliant, as were the reception staff. They saw us promptly and billed us fairly as it was post op complications (from another practice). The vet was great with our dog, very thorough, and communicated well throughout.”

“Louise has been our little cavapoo's groomer for the past two years and we're so glad we chose her. Miley always comes back looking and smelling lovely and very relaxed. Louise spends time with the dogs before she begins and helps put the dogs at ease, which is always reassuring knowing they're getting love and attention. We highly recommend Wiggle-Butts!”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“Perfect place for your cat to stay whilst you’re away - lovely owners, who clearly adore cats and provide bespoke care to each cat, including cuddles to our highly nervous shy girl. Socialising with other cats is also allowed if your cat is happy to. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“We booked our five month old boy to stay for a long weekend whilst we went away for our anniversary. We were worried because he is still so young but the entire establishment is like something out of a fairy tale! Lovely staff, amazing accommodation and amenities for the cats and such great value! We just picked our boy up and he was so relaxed and happy to see us which is a testament to how well he was cared for in our absence! We will use this cattery again and again. Thank you so much!”

“Both my cats (Birmans, 15 years old) flew from the UK - Canada with Airpets and it was a joy to see them when they arrived, safe, happy and calm. Emily handled all the logistics for us and was reassuring throughout. She was so knowledgeable and guided us through the booking. I would 100% recommend Airpets for cat travel!”

“Stayed overnight for a morning flight to LA that got delayed. The room we stayed in was lovely. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Really nice building. Breakfast was continental and served at a time of our choosing (within reason). Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which was no problem at all for our transfer to the airport. 100% will stay here again.”

“Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. Also while I was there Vicky checked my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated there help and I will soon have my new glasses. Thank you so much Nusrat & Vicky for all your help.”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! We won’t hesitate to use the service again - very highly recommended!”

“Our dog Elmo has been in Chris's doggy day care for two years. He can be quite picky about who he trusts but Chris is his favourite person in the world and he absolutely adores her. He rushes out of the front door to see her in the mornings barely able to contain his excitement and he comes back really well exercised and snoozes through a lot of the rest of the afternoon. I don't know what we would do without her because she takes such great care of all of her dogs and gives him a really happy life. I would 100% recommend her.”

“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”

Thanks to Mandy's kindness patience and expert dog handling he is relaxed and completely happy to be groomed. We can't thank her enough or recommend her more highly.”
