    “Had an excellent experience this morning at Tesco Osterley. Asked a member of staff on the shop floor - who looked really busy - about a particular toilet roll that wasn't out. He very politely replied he'd check after he'd finished what he was doing. I didn't expect him to come and find me while I continued shopping but he did - so grateful for his help especially when he was so busy!! Then at the checkout had another lovely member of staff.
