“Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

“I have used infohealth since I moved to Coulsdon a number of years ago, because of the medication I recieve I see the lovely staff there on a regular basis ,I am always met with a warm and friendly greeting .Sometimes when I am going on my hols and need extra medication they always pull it out of the bag for me.The pharmacists calls me from time to time to see how I am getting on with my new medication, Absolutely wonderful people ,I,ll never use any other Pharmacy.”
