“We brought our chow chow Boba in for a groom with Paige. Around the area some other groomers said they won't take chow chows due to them being "aggressive" but Paige happily took our pup in. Paige was the only groomer who gave us accurate advice to leave his puppy coat untouched and only trim once adult coat came in. All other groomers happily said they will cut his puppy coat just to get the money. Paige's service was extremely professional and she will be the only groomer we take our Boba to for his whole life. “We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.”

“First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”
