“Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. It's a really great full body workout, so much fun & I would recommend to everyone! The instructors and students are so friendly, body positive and welcoming. Give it a try!”

“My daughter has been going to MGM movement at Essex Pole and Tone for nearly 2 years now. She has gained such incredible confidence and new skills and talent doing aerial silks and hoop! She loves the friends she has made! Maisy and Yasmin have such patience and encouragement always for all the children! I would definitely recommend coming on down and trying!”

“I absolutely love taking classes with Edd. He makes each session fun, supportive, and empowering. His lessons are well-structured, and I highly recommend his classes, especially if you're new to pole dancing and want to start on the right foot.”

“The pole studio balham is currently one of my favourite places to be! Classes are pretty cheap and the instructors are lovely and encouraging, especially Sandra whose classes I’m mainly in and Laurinda who I’ve had a couple classes with.”

“I’m really not sure why there is such negative comments here. The studio has moved to new premises and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, if I contact them via insta they reply really quickly and have been nothing but very helpful actually I would say going above and beyond at times so thank you to whoever is responding to me, I have cancelled classes via the app and have received refunds straight away and if I want to book full studio hire via email the team responding has been quick and very helpful (Shannon). The teachers are great here and the offer they have on is amazing, such a great variety of classes to choose from. I really like to hire the small studio which is great if you want some private time but even pole hire is cheap and you get longer than other places. I really like this place! Rock up wearing what you like and no one bats an eyelid, sling on your best stripper shoes if you feel in the mood and teaching that is explained and taught in a way that you understand. Oh and I will add they have a very good floor which is important for all that sliding and rolling around.”

“I have admired pole dancing for years and finally decided to give it a try. When I actually tried it, I felt frustrated because my body is stiff and heavy, making it hard to control. However, it was so much fun! The instructors were all kind and taught me patiently. I would love to continue attending classes. Thank you for such an enjoyable time!”
