“We went on Wednesday evening, we were greeted with a smile and showed to our table. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and guide you with the menu. The setting is very nice and parking is easy to find. The food was quite tasty. We got the Calamari, Wings and the Prawn Tempura for starters. For the mains we got the lamb chops, wagyu surf and turf, wagyu sirloin and the wagyu t-bone steak.. and we enjoyed our food. Would I go back there again? YES! Our steaks were amazing and full of flavour,the customer service was amazing, and the overall experience was very personal. So yes, gets a 5 outta 5. Good hidden gem.”

“I was working in this area for a few days not many places to sit and eat unless you want to takeaway. I came across Sky Coffee Lounge it's in between a coffee shop and restaurant. There is a sandwich menu and hot food menu, serving a variety of cold and hot beverages. On the day I visited it was quiet and I was talking to the owner. If you live near here give it a try you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful, if you're alone bring a book or newspaper, relax so some reading, meet some friends for lunch or if you have a casual date organise to visit this place.”

My partner and I haven't been able to even contemplate ordering elsewhere since our first oder (and we're quite a few orders deep now!). “Here is an average Joe review. The energy if the place is great, you will feel at home being here. Lovely design of the interior and staff are super friendly. Looking at the menu I felt 1 slice of toast wasn't the best for a full English but, when the plate arrived I was more than happy there was just one, the portion was big. You will not walk out of here hungry. A lot of people come through the place to eat in and to take away. Prices are good for the portion if not on the low side. Omelette at £9 and full English £9,50. The only minor downside is the cigarette smoke coming into the restaurant from the people smoking outside, otherwise excellent.”

“Good local Chinese restaurants are on the wane so thank the stars for Mandarin Palace. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous indeed. The service is prompt and courteous. There is parking apparently round the back. The toilets are clean but in need of refurbishment. Celebrating 50 years so 15 per cent off (dining only) up to 31 July 2024! Expensive but worth it. We went to celebrate my daughters 18th. The portions are HUGE so if ordering set menu perhaps order for one less person.”

“We just celebrated my son's 18th Bday here. We been living in this neighbourhood for over a decade and we never visited the pub as it had a bad reputation but since new management took over and the pub been refurbished it looks truly amazing. Great food menu. Great affordable variety of drinks. The service is impeccable and very friendly staff. My husband is a wheelchair user, the pub has wheelchair access but you got to put the foldable ramp down yourself what didn't bother us as we do that daily at home anyway. Overall a 5* pub very clean and tidy... And they do karaoke on Thursdays aswell. A place I highly recommend.”

Parking available in a nearby carpark free in the evening. Praying facilities also available. Staff also gave free brownie favour to the kids. Will return again.”

“Everything good but faiza the girl work overthere is really rude to customer showing attitude just tell her to be nice and polite to customers as no business can run without customers and staff is there to give good service to peoples not to show them attitude. What will you lose by being nice to customers and we are regular customers we almost come everyday, so just noticed this. Otherwise everything is really good from taste to costumer service from other two girls.”

You can tell they use fresh ingredients, because every bite was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.”

However I would still recommend it because the staff did care and were polite and professional, but come on Caraway management you are doing such a great job in other areas you can train the staff better.”

“I needed a wardrobe I went to the shop today so easy to park right outside I got a lovely wardrobe that was already asembled and they could deliver today. I am so happy how efficient it all was and truly would recommend. The driver took wardrobe upstairs and I was shocked it all fitted up my staircase. No fuss at all would highly recommend and it is lovely and really good quality. I have had Argos and Ikea ones that were flimsy and this is good quality with drawers and delivery 200.00 so so happy with the purchase. Thank you”
