“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”

“Fantastic clinic which seems to specialise in maternity and x-ray. Very friendly and helpful staff, clinic was unbelievably clean. Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”

“I called for an urgent appointment for I had 2 infected canals in a Brocken teeth covered by a bridge. It was extremely painful, but the doctor saved the teeth without costing further payments for a new bridge knowing I was a student who could merely cover his dental bill. Problem was solved and since I came with a recommendation from one of her customers, I was given almost 50% discount. The staff been very helpful and when I arrived, they served a drink as part of the clinc's hospitality. “First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. He has a genuine interest in hearing of their recovery and prioritises their needs over time and money. KJ has magical and spiritual hands. I have had severe pain in my right hip for many years and any professional help I have sought has made no difference. It was very good experience from the doctors and the nurse we met for vaccination as well , very professional , helpful and friendly.They were very good and professional. The only suggestion is that the reception staff ( few) need bit more politeness and kindness when they are attending the call and in person for support and help . Apart from that our experience was great.”

He is so calm and has an amazing bedside manner and can keep the most nervous (me) parents calm, he explains things in a clear manner and answers any questions you have in the same manner . If it weren't for this man my son wouldn't be with us, he argued my son's case for surgery and really pushed for it , my son is now a relatively healthy little 4 year old and it's all because of this man.
