“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine.
