A huge shoutout to Ayaan at reception—she was always so lovely, helpful, and made booking appointments a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit that much nicer! I paid monthly through the interest-free plan, which made things really manageable. Now my teeth are perfectly straight, I’ve got my permanent retainers fitted at the back, and I’ll be wearing the removable ones at night. “Was greeted by Verna the second I walked in and there was very little wait. Verna is very experienced, as she explained everything before and after the piercing. She was also patient with me from choosing my belly ring colour to the moment of piercing, to which her daughter was there to support me by holding my hands during. Before send off she gave me a detailed sheet, with a bandage, on how to correctly make the solution for cleaning. Overall great and quick experience. Will definitely be coming back!”
