The job sounded tricky for me: touch up my existing, 25 year old tattoo and change it from colour to black. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!”
