“Me and my partner visited this conservention centre as we had an experience booked with the porcupine for later in the day. We arrived just after opening time and we were welcomed to the centre. We were informed about the talks available, all the details about the animals, the toilet facilities and a map of the centre. The staff on site were very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals. We visited during the weekday so it was peaceful and quiet. Lovely. We saw plenty of animals from monkeys, otters, armadillos, wolves and of course, the porcupine who was very active and inquisitive Not sure what others are saying that it's small and very quick to walk around. We stopped at looked at every animal that we could see and it took us over an hour to walk around once. We walked around a few times, noticing other parts we missed the 1st time. The site was very clean. The animals seemed happy and cared for. Plenty of information boards to read about each animal We had lunch at the beautifully decorated cafe which was really nice and pretty decent priced. Plenty of veggie/vegan options as well as standard offerings. Then we had our encounter with Ben, who was very intelligent and informative about the animals. He explained everything to us and made us comfortable feeding Clouse, the porcupine and monkeys (forgot their names, sorry) The sloth didn't want to come down but we didn't mind. It was a brilliant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Ben was excellent and he deserves all the credit. Thanks Ben. We got a lovely certificate for finishing the event which was a nice bonus to remember our time there I'd definitely recommend coming here. You won't regret it”

“We hired this hall for the Mendhi as part of my daughter's pre-wedding celebration. The hall accommodated all the people invited and can cater for 170-180 people. The charges are extremely reasonable and communication with the team at the centre is exceptional. In particular Johanna and Paul were very accommodating. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Rest assured parking is available free of charge to users and their guests of St Michaels Community Centre. The conditions being as clearly sign posted in the car park that the vehicle registration details are entered into the tablet located in the main and small hall granting them free parking for the day. The reviewer below who paints a false slanderous picture fails to mention that she herself did correctly input her registration details into the tablet on arrival at the venue so clearly was very aware. Cctv evidence and central ANPR mainframe system confirms this as fact. She clearly failed to remind her guests who failed to read the signs which culminated in the parking management issuing tickets to her guests and thus - she now attempts to portion blame elsewhere.”

“I reached out to the orthopedic surgeon and spinal consultant's Secretary and she followed up with me pretty much on the same day ( V.U. And S.S. You are both gems and the friendliest and most amazing Secretaries. I can't thank you Enough. Some of the best in the Healthcare industry in The UK). After a super prompt phone call I was able to book myself in with Mr Fahy. I was referred to Mr Fahy by different people including my physiotherapist Edge Physio in Sudbury with Scott who's cutting edge, extremely kind, knowledgeable and fixed my neck movement within a week. He's also the best and I thank my lucky stars for everyone mentioned. Mr Fahy is highly knowledgeable, he is the friendliest consultant ( and surgeon) I’ve met and because of his expertise, you just simply know that you don’t have to ask any questions as they will already be answered and discussed during the consultation. I can also share that Mr Fahy is highly regarded as one of the best Orthopedic Surgeon + Spinal Consultant in the country. Which is why I’m so lucky to be in his care. During my consultation I talked about the painkillers that I’m on which are cocodamil, tramadol and pregabalin which came to a surprise to Mr Fahy as my GP should not have prescribed me both tramadol and cocodamil. So I shall be changing GP. I eventually was referred to ( I really can’t believe the luck I have/had) to Consultant Pain Specialist Mr Smith, also one of the best in the country for a cervical epidural which went very smoothly. I can’t stress enough how you put me at ease, walking me through the sequence of events and follow up instructions and advice after the procedure and during. You reminded me of Dr Strange, also an expert in his field and simply radiates knowledge, experience and expertise. Loved the jazz music during the procedure. Thank you so much Dr Smith and I hope you enjoy Iceland:) To Mr Smith’s secretary C. Casey. You are truly a godsend as you are an absolute star in what you do. You are so patient with us and very knowledgeable to answer any questions. Thank you x 1000. To my half day Care nurses at Fortius Wigmore Clinic location, on ward 3. Florence and Sonia, you are both so warm, kind and friendly. You turned my whole day yesterday into perfect, thank you. “I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“Fine arts college is one of a kind and incredible. As a student here, I have been taught by some incredible teachers including the head, Emmy who especially ignites a passion in all of her students. Studying at FAC was the most amazing opportunities of my life, I couldn’t have even conceived of the amount of memories that I have created in this environment that caters towards making everyone feel as if they have a special individual place here. The students are warm and welcoming and the teachers are hospitable and take care of your every need. “This is an excellent gym. It has a full range of equipment and because it's not too crowded I never have any problem getting on to a machine or using the weights I need. I use a PT there (Gleicio) who is superb; highly professional, knowledgeable, motivational but also friendly. I'm so much stronger now, and he's transformed the way I train. I'd recommend him to anybody who is serious about their fitness and strength.”

“Our adventure with Monkey Music started a few years back when I was looking for something to do with my older daughter, that would be entertaining but educational same time. Right now all 3 of my children are attending the classes and I can't praised it enough. The classes are always fun but if you want to see a real benefits of Monkey Music I recommend that you attend it for as long as possible. After a while you will notice you child being more and more confident, getting to know all the songs and moves. You will be amazed how the classes develop your child speech (a case with one of my twins), memory, they will learn a lot of things about music as well as counting, colors, time, how to read music. They will learn about different instruments, how you play them, how do they sound like etc. each term there are new songs/activities.The staff is always very friendly and professional. And to sum it up it is even very educational for us - parents as I learned a lot about music myself :)”
