“The food and coffee is very good and the staff very friendly and kind. Good atmosphere and great service! I recommend it”
“What a lovely place! The Drawing Room has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is great, and they’re very kid-friendly, which makes it perfect for a relaxed family outing. One of my favourite things is their beautiful tea cups—such a charming touch that makes the whole experience feel special. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the scones are fresh and just perfect with cream and jam. Definitely one of those hidden gems that you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend! Rating: 5/5”
“Novi is the BEST espresso room / coffee shop in the ‘Nam without exception. It’s the warmth of the welcome as much as it is the delights within!”
“The loveliest coffee shop and people, they’re always so friendly and attentive. Delicious coffee, a real community gem.”
“I have not been here for 6 years. It’s a lovely place. Very dog friendly.”
“Really friendly and helpful staff; Wonderful delicious food; and even a small shop so you can buy jewellery and such if you fancy it. Only a small venue so obviously huge parties bigger than 20 not suitable, but for anyone with groups smaller than this, it's great! Would recommend!”
“This is truly a fantastic place to eat. I had breakfast there three times with my two sons and tried several dishes. Every dish tasted amazing. The host knows exactly how to treat his customers. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in London.”
“1st time I went with my daughter, and we feel so cosy atmosphere, coffee tast is the Best , service is super good, I will go back again,”
“I went there after a French friend recommended it to me. The staff are really friendly. Let me tell you what I especially enjoyed — the Alsacienne is my favourite! One crêpe is a full meal on its own (some even say it’s too much). It’s served warm and freshly made. Definitely give it a try!”
“Nadia is the best. The curry was fantastic and the breakfast is amazing too! She was so sweet to our daughter on our trip to London.”
“Had a fantastic experience!!! food was delicious, prices were affordable, and staff were friendly. I'll definitely be back soon to try more from their tempting menu!!”
“I came here with my family and we loved it! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone is so friendly, and the food is really delicious. Highly recommend this lovely spot.”
“Breakfast was yummy. Was my first time eating english Breakfast and for 9 pounds it made me veryyy full”
“We live nearby and visit this cafe frequently. Always very polite and friendly staff to all (not sure what you need to do to make them angry as one person said in his review). I love their croque monsure (please forgive my French) with goat cheese, cakes, coffee is also lovely. Clean and tidy, they do alterations to accomodate my baby food requirements ehich is very important for me. Thank you))”
“Met a friend for breakfast this morning. We split the avocado toast w/ 2 poached eggs, an almond croissant, and each had a cordato. The almond croissant was one of the best I’ve had. Light, fluffy, and almonds toasted perfectly. The filling was not gross and sugary like it often is, it had a subtle sweetness and was light and natural. The avocado toast was amazing. Please read again: THE AVOCADO TOAST WAS AMAZING. Toasted sesame seeds cooked to perfection, on a base of fresh sourdough, topped with two perfectly cooked poached eggs. The combination of flavors created a symphony for the palate. Oh wait! I forgot to mention the amazing side of red pepper paste. The smallest amount added another dimension to the meal. Service was excellent. Although it was one young girl, she had everything under control. The bathroom was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Saucer & Cup, keep up the good work. I look forward to coming back. Thank you ☕️”
“Popped in for breakfast. Yummy fresh leaf mint tea for me with sourdough toast, poached eggs, smashed avocado and feta. Absolutely lovely! Didn’t stop me feeling a little food envy for hubby’s muesli, fruit and yoghurt, super tasty. Coffee was great too !”
“We had the afternoon tea and it was soooo delicious. Nice place and friendly people, too.”
“Been having my morning commute coffee & toast here for years. Ambience, service & most importantly quality of food & coffee has always been exceptional. So much better than those local “corporate” offerings !”
“I've been in London for four days and having breakfast here three of them. This is a unique place, not only for the food and coffee which are delicious, but for the warm and friendly attention of the staff, specially Malaika, it is definitely worthy coming here.”
“Really impressed with the quality of the food. Poached chicken tarragon ciabatta was very good. Soft chicken, top flavours. Turkish ciabatta (lamb sausage, ham and egg) was brilliant. Very different. Both ciabattas were well filled. Very good prices too, you're looking about 50% cheaper than molans for as good if not better quality. Staff were great and really food with the baby.”
“Loverly little coffee shop that does a good bacon roll.”
“Best cut in the city for a Toy Poodle, i heard about this place by pure fluke and now i make sure i travel from the other side of London to get my dogs groomed with Statham's. Not only do they not miss a thing on the grooming aspect but my dog comeback actually happy and calm. (which has never happened before in my 3 years experience).”
“Very peaceful coffee shop which is a place of respite from the bustling industrial area surrounding it. Nice coffee, nice toasties and a relaxing vibe. There were a good amount of sockets so working remotely is good here.”
“A cute little Coffee Van on the other side of the road to the Southall train station. They sell good coffee and also little snacks. The owner is super nice and the prices are good. Would highly recommend - probably one of the better coffees in Southall for sure.”
“Cute little French Café with delicious coffee and an assortment of pastries. We had an apple gallette and a cinnamon roll along with a café mocha and an Americano. Everything was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly as well. Overall, whether you need take out or dine-in, it is a great place for breakfast.”
“Great location by the Tube Station so great to grab an independent coffee which is well made and great decor inside as well including the play on the tube lines with the dog pictures :).”
“Amazing experience. The hot chocolate was perfect- and I am super pretentious about the creaminess of it. The service - perfection- timely, friendly and professional. Met witha friend- ending up staying more than 1h lunch. Strongly recommend”
“Good coffee, cute decor, really good range of lunch foods. Service was a little cold to begin with but it improved with each interaction. Overall a nice cafe and good to support independent business”
“First time I've been in a very diverse cafe, and it was excellent. Absolutely good friendly atmosphere with very good staff who are attentive and friendly. The food is ok,and value for money with good portion size, home cooked feeling. Though I would say the pancake looked really good. Would we come again. YES.”
