“Authentic Italian family run pizzeria/restaurant where you are likely to get some of the best pizza in Surrey. The dough is light and toppings are premium Italian quality. Service is quick and mega efficient, adding to the very friendly atmosphere. Great choice for families night outs and dinners with friends. To end the night with a bigger smile on your face, try the desserts (the owners Cantucci’s style cookies are to die for) or ice creams which are all homemade and artisan. The place isn’t very big, so booking is highly recommended to avoid missing out.”

“My whole family regularly go to Luca for our haircuts and my wife has colouring appointments too. We are all very happy with the styling and we enjoy the experience every time we visit. Luca is brilliant with my two children and has become the only hairdresser we use. A very talented and lovely man. My wife is also very impressed with Katy, who colours her hair. We've been using them for years for all manner of things and they are cheaper than the big stores for the things you need like a nut or washer or O ring”

“I found Lakeside by Googling Lotus Specialists about 5 years ago because my 1985 Excel had a head gasket issue plus a few minor faults. I have owned the car since 1988 and it is low milage (35k). I spoke to Tim and he gave me the advice regarding the repair required and a estimate of cost. I had the car transported to the garage and Tim carried out all my list of requirements to perfection including a a full service. When I collected the car Tim and his wife were fantastic hosts and showed me the work that they had carried out and even had the car washed for me. I collected the car on a Saturday and drove down the road to the garage to put some fuel in by the McClaren Cars entrance. As I turned the corner to my horror the clutch went and that was me to a standstill. It was now past 1 o'clock and the garage was closed. Fortunately I had Tims number, explained my predicament and he and Fiona arrived in their truck and their own Elan M100. Tim insisted that I drive the Elan home whilst he carried out a replacement of the master cylinder the following week. This we did and I returned to drive my car home the following weekend. There a few garages that would come out after closing and fewer that would loan out their own car. Faultless in every sense and my Excel performs better than ever. I did write a review years ago but it was not showing today, so I have re-posted my experience using Lakeside. Number One for me for Lotus Service and Repairs. Brian Capp Hereford. PS Will be visiting again soon as the car has now done 36,000 miles and will be 40 years old in February.”

The car belonged to my late partner John Smith as seen in the photo that was taken when he bought the car in 2012. John was a highly respected motorsport Clerk of the Course and Race Steward who is sadly missed by all who knew him. SS Motors colleagues in reception and all the mechanics are great.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”

“Phil is great, knowledgeable and friendly and fair. A laptop upgrade and clone was so much cheaper, better, quicker than a new machine. Unfortunately I found out a couple of months ago that Phil had died suddenly. May he rest in peace. The gentleman who has taken over the shop seems friendly and knowledgeable.”

“We enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. Service was excellent and very friendly which was highly appreciated. The food was great and we loved the fact that some of the curry’s are a little different to ones you’d usually find on typical Indian restaurant menus. However, all of your usual favourites are available if that’s your preference. Also, the coconut chutney that accompanied the poppadoms (along with all the other usual chutneys) was amazing. Parking is available on the road or on one of the side streets so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a lovely meal, fair prices and great service from all of the team. “We had a large Neff American Fridge freezer installed, by FT Refrigeration. The fitters Stuart and Riki were polite and incredibly professional. It’s the first time we have used FT Refrigeration but they will be our go to appliance vendors going forward. It was a real treat to have two fitters who took a pride in the quality of their work and in the service provided.”
