The back story is, the engine management light has been on in my Volvo XC90 for nearly10 months. The car is a 2019 plate so i didn't expect any faults. I took it to Volvo and they wanted to charge me an extortionate amount just to diagnose. I took the car to Victoria Bodyworks and the mechanic (Jo) was absolutely brilliant. He has now fixed the problems and all done within a week!”

“The store is located on two floors at the Ilford Exchange. The ground floor is the entrance from the street adjacent to the Ilford Rail Station. It is a well organised shop, good lighting and ambience for a good shopping experience. Goods are well displayed and prices are reasonable for all sorts of household goods. There is a lift, excalator and stairs in the shop to ease movement. Self check out payment as well as click and collect services are available here. It is a nice place to shop.”

From start to finish the customer service was immaculate and staff were always quick to respond and give updates on our outfits. Both our outfits arrived on time, exactly how we requested and even more beautiful in person. We requested quite a few changes to our outfits and staff were very patient, honest and polite throughout the process. They ordered us in a swatch to help us choose a colour which we appreciated.
