“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. She was welcoming and friendly and would go out of her way! Please say hello to her when you go in. A credit to the hotel. :)”

The services was spectacular, the staff were super friendly but not overbearing like a lot of restaurants can be. our food was delicious and definitely worth the money we payed. everything was clean and tidy and overall just a good experience. we will definitely be back next time we are in the area”

“The ambiance is amazing cozy as I was told by my lecturer, I had a assignment on TGI Fridays so googled where to find one and the nearest one was in stains very spacious and very nice place to hangout, I cheered myself with my all time favourite Guinness and a huge burger since I don’t eat much and came alone couldn’t try much but am definitely coming back with my friends to hangout , the customer service was amazing, staff very friendly thank you”

“One of the few takeaways that satisfies my hunger for good food on the go, best falafel in Staines town and surrounding areas by far. The owner/head chef is a really nice guy and makes some really good traditional Lebanese/Syrian food! Well worth a visit, its not your average kebab house. 10/10”

“Visited here for my birthday meal as I absolutely love an independent Italian! The team was absolutely amazing….!!! However the food was even better! “18-5-2025. Always welcomed with a smile. Great menu at great prices. Can highly recommend the half chicken, chips and a drink deal, all for £8.49, chicken is really tasty, better than Nandos. Chicken biriyani with rice is also very good. Piri piri Chips are great . Food cooked well and you don't wait long. Some seating and tables inside too.”

Great setup and really easy to use their kitchen to do the food ( there was the option for them to do it as well) Staff member really helpful and no issues at all. Highly recommend it, and compliments to the chef. The service staff are always so accommodating and asks about food allergies from the get go. “This is a great place where you can spend time with your kids and enjoy a meal. You can also buy games from the screens on the table. Kids can play here for a while. Additionally, the kids’ menu includes a burger with salad and carrots, which is a great idea. The meat is also very high quality. We’re very satisfied.”

“Am amazing find hidden away. This is in a food court but it feels like you step into south east Asia when you go inside. The food was very authentic, fresh and I would go far as to say the best dim sum / yum cha I've tried in the UK! So fresh, they make in front. Also there is a bar in the food court with many types of Asian drinks and beers. Small family run stalls in the food court. I saw Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian from memory. Dim sum reasonably priced - video shows the menu. My photos go into the food court too.. love it!”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”
