From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. Once, being poorly, we ordered tissues and other healthcare supplies from them, and they wrote a very kind ‘get well’ on the paper bag, another time, we have left my daughter’s water bottle in one of their trolleys, and they kept it safe for us, they’ve also been helpful if we needed boxes for a school project. Apart from their products always meeting the standards, it’s so important to have a local shop, where you really feel like a valued customer, and it’s all down to their employees.”

I have been seeing Ciba (hygienist) and Smita (dentist and part owner) since they took over from Mr Robert-Harry’s surgery whom I’d been with for almost 40 years. It was a huge wrench and I was very nervous about the change. However I had nothing to worry about as they are both extremely caring and professional and my experience with them has been delightful and not many people can say that about going to the dentist.
