“Been going to My Nail Bar for a couple of years now, almost monthly for pedicures, went today to have my hands and feet done a week after abdominal surgery and just wanted to leave a review and say thank you so much to the whole team for looking after me. They were patient, helped me up from chairs and were so gentle and caring which made the experience amazing. They catered for me in every way possible and were so understanding and I am very grateful! They also do such a beautiful job with time and effort put in to make sure your nails look lovely. “To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“I have had three RTT sessions with Fay about various issues. Prior to this, I had been struggling most of life (32 years old) with anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. I have been on antidepressants for over a decade and have tried various psychotherapies with limited results. I was skeptical about trying hypnosis but I also felt I had nothing left to lose. I’m so glad I tried RTT as the results and relief have been mind blowing. I used to suffer from a constant inner critic bullying me 24/7 and after one session that was gone. My second session focused on my constant state of anxiety due to repetitive rumination (literally non-stop!). Now, I no longer get stuck in this cycle of rumination. These two issues are things I thought I would never be free of! I’m currently working off issue three with Fay and hopeful it will make a difference. Fay is a wonderful, warm and kind lady who has been welcoming and reassuring since day one. She is genuinely invested in helping her clients and looks after you throughout. I am so grateful to have met Fay and gone on this venture with her.”

They genuinely care about the children, they know their personalities, their routines, and what makes them smile. Every time I dropped her off or picked her up, she was happy, engaged, and clearly having fun. Rain or shine, the team always managed to bring positive energy and warmth to the day.
