Bradley was quick to respond with a quote after sending a few photos on Whatsapp. Then he was able to clean our windows shortly after. Once here he realised the windows were bigger and dirtier than he thought, but kept to his quote and revised the future price: well handled. VERY good cleaning job, the frames and the windows. “We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. “Booked Deep Clean Carpet & Rug Cleaning Services to clean my carpets after water damage in some rooms and months of contractors tramping through the house. There were also some pretty bad marks on the stairs were one of the contractors had dropped liquid fibreglass from sealing the roof terrace. I was able to get a slot in less than a week. The team was on time, professional and completed the job in less time than quoted. I was very happy with the standard of the clean and very pleasantly surprised that they got the liquid fibreglass stains out completely. Carpets look as good as new! Would book again!”
