“Staff were super friendly and I could be taken immediately. Consultation was thorough, and the expertise and communication of my stylist (Jethwa i think) was incredible. Throughout the service any customisations and adjustments could be made (to improve longevity, reduce maintenance etc) and the service was far more thorough than a regular barber (who tend to get you in and out in 10 minutes), with a clear desire to get the absolute best outcome, despite being a longer process. The final result was perfect (mine was a perfectly blended fade and textured fringe) and the expertise and effort that went into the service very much shows. Price is identical to regular barbers, but you’re getting a 3 times as long and thorough service, with 10 times better results, so realistically it’s an absolute bargain. Styling was incredible and the products were amazing. The loyalty scheme looks great (with discounts, free products and credit) so I look forward to coming here regularly. Thank you!”

“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

“We spent a Friday evening here starting with axe throwing before going onto pool and then shuffle board. All of the staff were really friendly but one person in particular stood out - James. He is exceptional and helped ensure we had a really good time. He brings a lot of energy to the role and nothing was too much trouble. I think James in particular deserves some company recognition as he's an asset to the team. Great night and I highly recommend.”

“Truly couldn't ask for a better service. Not our local clinic but was in the area so booked for our gender blood test. Getting blood out of me is always hard but the young lady was so good at trying to her best to work it out, which she did. The blood test was sent on the Sunday night, received Monday morning and then we got the results that evening - now very excited to welcome our beautiful little boy. Thank you to all :)”

“My partner went in for a hair cut and I came with him. Everyone was really lovely in there and you can see how kind they are. I was offered a drink by one of the staff whilst waiting and a very young boy getting a hair cut was being a bit difficult but the barber done such a good job with him. My partners hair looks amazing and they done a fantastic job, with hair and beard. I would recommend, and the dog they have there is very friendly.”

“Teddy Bear Dog Grooming is the best and my most trusted groomers in the Watford area. Service, care and cleanliness are all 10/10. My dog always comes back so fresh, neatly trimmed and fluffy after a session here. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ask what type of cut my dog needs before a session out of courtesy and respect for me as an owner. Having tried and tested multiple other groomers, I can whole heartedly say Teddy Bear is top tier and I’m so glad I’ve found them for my little doggie ☺️”

“Check-in was quick and easy, but the real highlight for us was the pub. Kajal looked after us and she was honestly brilliant! Really friendly, easy to chat to, and just made us feel comfortable straight away. She kept checking in on us at the right times, made some great suggestions, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It gave the whole evening such a nice vibe. “I had the pleasure of visiting Burritos Watford recently. The mexican tottilla wrap were absolutely mouthwatering—the Chicken was juicy and packed with flavour, and the combination of toppings was perfect. It's definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while! I also tried the mexican rice, which are something truly special. The way they’ve put it all together is unique and unlike anything I've had before. It's a must-try for anyone looking for something different and tasty! A big shoutout to udaya for her amazing customer service. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to making sure you have the best dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! “Called in for breakfast today and was met by lovely friendly staff. Seated in a booth with my friends and the place looked clean and comfortable. Only 2 waitresses on so a slight delay but it didn’t detract from the experience. I enjoyed my Cote breakfast and the produce was quality and very tasty. Beautiful poached eggs. Excellent service throughout and I would recommend Cote Brassiere.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!”

“Plenty of open space and wooded areas to explore, with the well appointed hub for all your other needs(cafe, toilets), and a great play park for the kiddies. Miniature railway and a small farm nearby, can't recommend enough. We went for this year's fireworks display and it didn't disappoint. Well worth a family visit.”

“I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon without a prior appointment for an impromptu manicure. I did have to wait about 20 or so minutes but was seen and my nail technician did a good job. They are a cash-only establishment and they didn’t mind that I had to walk to a nearby NatWest to get some cash. I left a tip as well. I had a good experience here.”
