“I have had a few different treatments with Desi now and I have to say she is amazing. She is kind, caring and very gentle. She is very knowledgeable and advises on what treatment would be best for me. She always takes her time and wants what is best for me. “Having Hypnotherapy from Trizia, in the first lockdown via zoom sessions, was hugely beneficial for me. During the sessions she helped me deal with anxieties I felt throughout that trying time. By teaching me how to intelligently control my responses to stressful situations. “I have had three RTT sessions with Fay about various issues. Prior to this, I had been struggling most of life (32 years old) with anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. I have been on antidepressants for over a decade and have tried various psychotherapies with limited results. I was skeptical about trying hypnosis but I also felt I had nothing left to lose. I’m so glad I tried RTT as the results and relief have been mind blowing. I used to suffer from a constant inner critic bullying me 24/7 and after one session that was gone. My second session focused on my constant state of anxiety due to repetitive rumination (literally non-stop!). Now, I no longer get stuck in this cycle of rumination. These two issues are things I thought I would never be free of! I’m currently working off issue three with Fay and hopeful it will make a difference. Fay is a wonderful, warm and kind lady who has been welcoming and reassuring since day one. She is genuinely invested in helping her clients and looks after you throughout. I am so grateful to have met Fay and gone on this venture with her.”

“This dentist is so good... I travel 55 miles for my appointments!!! Such a friendly and welcoming team. I suffer bad anxiety and its the main reason I come here. I've never experienced such a good dentist (Julia), dental nurses and hygienists that are so highly equipped with the knowledge to deal with worried patients especially ones with such high anxiety like myself. I avoided dentists for many years due to bad experiences, would only go when i had to and highly reccomend this one. I now have full bill of dental health and regularly attend (which Iavoided before due to my anxiety). I have, sadly, witnessed staff on the recieving end of abuse whilst there though - whilst they are so calm, collected and professional in such circumstance. I'd like to remind the general public that these are staff who go home to loved ones, who have feelings, at work doing a job to the best of their ability - and I can really vouch for that. Please remember to be kind. This practice stands out way above the rest- and I've had my share on dental practices!”
