“Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.”

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.”

The café area was clean, calm, and well organised. What really stood out was the customer service — friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Michelle and Iwone, who were both welcoming, helpful, and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. “Visited on a Thursday for Irish music night. The pub is lit with candles. It’s cosy and atmospheric. Music started around 9.30pm and it was traditional Irish music. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the toilets were clean. Outside garden available if needed.”
