“Firstly, Olana, thank you!! My friend had given me Olana’s details when she saw how bad my fringe was. I only came in for my fringe, but ended up getting the rest of my hair fixed (the previous cut was not done properly, and I didn’t know!!). I knew then I couldn’t go anywhere else. I then booked my mum in for an appointment as we are due to travel overseas for a wedding. This was my mums first time in salon. Dora is 12 and has a range of medical conditions that mean she needs extra care (she’s blind and has arthritis). Unlike some places I contacted the Woodcroft Warren team weren’t phased by this at all. Following her stay in one of the clean, roomy indoor pens she has come home very relaxed and happy.
