Stacey, who I believe is the manager, was excellent at explaining the procedure and how they would fix my car, what was required and the time frame, it would take. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with messages and photographs, which I thought was very reassuring. True to her word, the car was finished bang on time, and to an extremely high standard of workmanship. Every single member of staff who I encountered at this work place, was friendly, professional, courteous and respectful; they seem like a very honest bunch of people who are very competent, in what they do. “Excellent service from a very friendly team. I had to transport my chihuahua from Canada to UK, in order for him to clear customs in time for my transport out of London, we had to send him on an earlier flight and have him sleep at James Cargo. I was very nervous, he is a noisy, yappy, disobedient little demon at the best of times but James Cargo dealt with him brilliantly, he was fed, walked and fussed. This team are a safe pair of hands, know what they are doing and took great care of my little boy. Would absolutely recommend.”
