We contacted Sharda, who responded promptly and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. Dawn was able to make herself available to notarise the documents at very short notice, with the additional bonus that she came to our home to do the notarising. The documents were then apostilled at the FCDO within a few days and arranged to be couriered to the attorneys in South Africa. The whole process was exceptional throughout, with regular communication from Sharda who managed the whole process for us, and obviously Dawn's availability and willingness to come to our home to do the notarising was enormously helpful. “I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road.
