“Great German food and beer (Paulaner and Erdinger). We came to see the River Culture Festival, not easy to get a table on terrace (also cannot book a table in terrace - first some first serve), so we sit inside at the beginning but then we eventually got a table. We had currywurst, black forest and apple strudel, Oh my God all are delicious! We definitely will come back one day for beautiful river view on the terrace and the food.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Megan’s is a lovely place with a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The team is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. The setting works perfectly for families, friends, couples, and even pets, which makes it really special. We came in for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food — fresh, tasty, and well presented. A special mention to Kaveri, whose cheerful and attentive service made our visit feel happy and relaxed. The little goodbye surprise at the end was a nice touch and definitely made us want to return.”

“We had a wonderful experience at To Kefi! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to our waitress Romina, who was so sweet and kind — she looked after us and our two girls beautifully. She even arranged for the chef to make some pasta for our little one, which we really appreciated. Thanks also to the chef for going out of her way! “Arrived unannounced with 7 people and a dog, and they catered with no questions. GM came over to meet the pooch. Maria was super attentive and our fresh, oven-baked pizzas were out in 7 minutes. A brilliant overall experience for a saturday lunch! Will be back.”

“Very nice Thai food in a slightly quieter street in Kingston. We were the first people in on a Saturday evening, so the service was very prompt and friendly. We ordered Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken and plain Jasmine Rice — along with a Tiger Lager and some Jasmine Tea. Pad Thai was very nice, with not much spice, and they did give you the option to add heat with chilli flakes which were on the side of the plate. The grilled chicken had lovely flavour with nice crispy bits of skin, but the salad was fairly spicy. Definitely recommend if you're into Thai or other Asian cuisines.”

“Very ‘authentic’ HK style dimsum - love it here! A little bit pricey, but hey it is Kingston after all! Lucky to have this spot as a local restaurant. They have changed owner / name of the restaurant recently- FYI. Fav dishes so far - the siu mai, har gau, pork buns, custard cream buns and the pork pastry. Decent beef hor fun.”

“I visited the Kingston Fenwick Restaurant on 3 for lunch. I chose the Chicken Avocado Sandwich and it was delightful.tender chicken and creamy avocado, beautiful presentation, served with a side salad . Service was top-knoch and the food delivery was quick. Thank you!”

“Finally a little Italy in Kingston, vintage and beautiful design, the staff is friendly and professional. They make fresh pasta, cannoli, croissant and much more with amazing taste! You all must try the kimbo coffee! I love it, very good guys!!”

“Delicious food, quick service, central location (hidden away). We’ve had the carbonara, spinach & ricotta ravioli, crab ravioli, black spaghetti with seafood*, lemon & prawn linguine*, black seafood risotto and wild boar ravioli. All were super tasty. Also the feta with honey is so good. Great selection of juices, smoothies, coffee. Delighted to realise Nakos is now open in the evenings for dinner too! And dog friendly. (*see photos). Nakos has become my favourite place to eat in Kingston!”

“We were walking along the riverfront and looking for a place to have a few drinks. None of the usual bars caught our eye, but the cocktail mene here did, so we went in. I have had the burgers before, and they are delicious, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cocktails too. The vibe and atmosphere was great too! Not just a good burger joint;)”

“Well every now and then your find a gem and wildwood hits the bill !!! Service was very quick and attentive . I had the calamari for starters and the classic burger for mains the calamari was lightly seasoned as it should be fresh and vibrant the burger was cooked to perfection with fabulous quality beef seasoned again perfectly . Home made fries are perfectly cooked . My wife and daughter had pasta dishes and they said the flavours were so intense and aromatic .. Highly highly recommended and don't let that kitchen team leave you have keepers there !!!.”

“I popped in today to book a party for my daughter. Incredibly friendly, a very nice atmosphere and a much needed facelift for the place. The fridges are full, looks very welcoming and more like a cafe with pottery. We are very excited to be going tomorrow, will update the review after that”
