“DLG Auto services Orpington were absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that came to pick up my car and were very polite and efficient. They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car. I always find the communication to be faultless whether it's by email or phone, and clear and concise customer service. Clear indication of price and work, to be carried out and all in an acceptable time scale. Genuine parts used whilst car is under manufacturers warranty if required. Mark Transport is well situated and convenient for public transport and I will continue to use and recommend them.”

For economic reasons I declined this extra work, but they accepted that in good faith and did what was required. “I received a warm welcome on my first visit to this salon for a wash, cut and blow dry. Zara, the owner, was extremely gracious and friendly, as was Leti who attended to me. Leti is clearly a very accomplished hair stylist as she gave me the exact haircut I explained I desired. The salon is also reasonably priced compared to other similar establishments. I will certainly be returning for future appointments. Having recently returned from Spain, I invested much time and effort in trying to find a good hairdresser and have no hesitation in recommending this salon - they certainly do their best to please their clients.”
