In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. “Went in on 25.02.2025 to have a punctured tyre fixed. The gentleman informed me that a small puncture can be fixed without replacing the tyre and the two prices. Having looked at the tyre and its condition, he told me that's better to replace than fixed. I had a looked qt the tyre and agreed with him. I asked him to at my other tyre (both rear) and it was as bad as the other even though the threads looks good. It's the split along the groove and ruts that told me to have it changed. He did not pressure me to change at any one time. A frank honest man!”

He is highly experienced, meticulous in his work, and took the time to explain the entire implant procedure in detail. I say “meticulous” because he was quick to identify and remove the remaining fragments from a previously RCT-treated decayed tooth that had been extracted outside the UK. Although the extraction was extremely complicated, he handled it with patience and ensured I was comfortable throughout. He placed the implant with great care and allowed it to heal fully before moving on to the next stage. The clinic also followed up with me a couple of times after the procedure to check on my recovery and ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. All the support staff have been warm, friendly, and very reassuring. Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Basirath and the team, and I would highly recommend them.”
