Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “I cannot praise this swimming school highly enough! I’ve been using them for both my children. My eldest is very close to finishing her lessons hopefully and she started off as a non swimmer and she is now a confident swimmer who enjoys coming to every lesson. My youngest has just started off and is loving every minute of her sessions. The instructors are professional and cater to each individual needs. My kids love all the instructors and Claire is very quick at responding to any queries or questions parents have. When my partner broke his foot and couldn’t drive my eldest to her lessons - I told Claire about it and she went above and beyond to get my daughter into a different session time in order for her to not miss one lesson. I will definitely be recommending seriously swimming to anyone looking for a swim school. Thanks so much!!”

“All hospital staff were extremely helpful and professional and also knew very well how to put me at ease every step of the way into and during the procedure.It was my first experience with Chelsfield Park Hospital and i really felt taken care of and i couldn't have asked for better care really. My doctor Dr Rahul Lunawat is an amazing professional very knowledgeable and highly skilled. All staff (especially nurse Sheila Abadiano and also all other nurses) were extremely nice, smiling all times and showing care and kindness to their patients.”

“My son has attended here for coming on a year now. He is 2.5 years old. This is a very good nursery, the staff are all friendly and genuine, no dodgy character’s or anyone that makes you feel unsure or uneasy. They are very good with their Tapestry App, you get daily photos/updates and you can tell they really do make an effort with the kids and their early learning. My son has come on really well with speech, shapes, colours, counting and ABC’s and he always comes home singing all the words of lots of nursery rhymes. You never see any kids looking unhappy when dropping off or picking up. I have two children and moved around a bit in the past so I have worked with quite a few different nursery’s and I am confident this is a good all round nursery. They are very affordable too which is why I have given 5* - Thank you to the team xx”

“My son has been going to Ready Steady Grow pre-school since he was 2 and is 4 now and he absolutely loves it! He has come on so well with his speech and confidence. All of the teachers are so friendly and the children love them. They helped us with potty training. He can count to 30 and knows all the months of the year.”
