“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

“Grace is absolutely fantastic with the dogs she cares for, she is kind and knowledgeable and always puts the dogs needs first giving them the attention they need on their walks. Grace is always on time and is great at communicating any changes that may occur due to extreme weather etc. Grace offers a different walk experience every week for the dogs and selects different locations to give variety and stop them from becoming too familiar or board. She plays different stimulating games such as ball games, find the treat games to keep the dogs busy. Grace sets up special parties and dog sessions in safe fields with agility courses for the dogs. We always feel that Grace loves her work and never get the sense that she's just in it for the money like some other dog walkers. She is lovely, genuinely kind and patient and has given us so much helpful advice in training Hugo. Hugo sits waiting for Grace and is excited to go on the walk with his dog friends each week...we trust Grace 100% and are so grateful for all she does! Hugo also assures me that Grace and Aunty give the best sausage treats at the end of their walks!”

“I highly recommend Ruby's Purple Paws. Our dog Bettie has been going on walks for over a year and she absolutely loves them. Literally waits by the door for Ruby to turn up! “We had my daughters 1st birthday party here a few weeks ago and everything was organised for us, from the decor, to the food, the invitations and the party bags. All we had to do was provide a cake. The food for the kids were a bit basic and there wasn't much choice but this was not a huge problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they had communicated everything with me before hand via email (very responsive) so we pretty much knew what to expect. Everything was organised well on the day and they fulfilled any requests I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the fact they have a no shoes policy so the place was really clean, perfect for kids to crawl around. The venue is great for kids and pretty well thought out. All the kids that attended had a great time. I would definitely return for some stay and play sessions and have already booked for the santas grotto.”

“My triplets have been at this nursery for 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier. As an Early Years Reception teacher with 18 years experience myself I found picking a nursery for my own children very difficult. Rise and Shine is an excellent Early Years setting with fantastic well structured adult focused activities as well as engaging independent provision. I get a detailed daily report about food eaten, nappy change, nap times and activities from that day. They also have a learning app with photos and full EYFS assessment details of all 3 of my boys. Most importantly to me though is that every member of staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. They show genuine care and kindness towards all my boys who are always so excited to arrive in the mornings.”

“My daughter started The Hospital Day nursery in Dec 2021, when she 16 months. She was born during covid pandemic and was so shy and nervous but really came out of her shell and had grown so much so quickly. I loved that they allocated her a key person who was usually always there or to greet her and she became really comfortable. They also send pictures which made me smile during the day. The nursery team work so hard but they always have time for you at the end of the day to chat about what they’ve been up to! If sending your little one is scary thought then they are in totally safe hands here!”
