“Regularly going twice a year for sewing retreats or courses I really enjoy my stays but it’s the staff who make the difference. Stella on reception was delightful and really friendly to everyone but this last visit Aylesha who was managing the bar on Saturday deserves a shout out. She works hard in a very demanding area of the hotel but still found time to accommodate our request to find a remote and access a programme for us. The kitchen staff work hard and probably don’t get the praise they deserve so well done to them my only thoughts are the chef could review the combinations of food on offer some of them are are abit odd to my tastes. I enjoy an early visit to the leisure facilities but please can someone put the remote back in the gym. I look forward to our November visit Well done to all the staff”

“Nothing better than a team that lives and breathes hot tubs and accessories. What aquatubs doesn't know about hot tubs probably isn't worth knowing. From initial viewing to demos to installation, everything has been a breeze. The team is utterly professional and all maintenance and water chemistry queries are answered 7 days a week.
