The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. Having previously used local childminders, I can honestly say that the level of care, structure, and learning opportunities at Little Hearts are on a completely different standard. The environment is nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised, and the staff are well-mannered, highly trained and genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and progress. I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. My only regret is not sending my older son here. The Little Hearts team is simply outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the support, care, and encouragement they have given my child — truly an amazing preschool!”
