One can tell because they are fresh and made w good ingredients, while dim sum restaurants use l frozen package food. Ambiance of the restaurant wasn’t great, noisy w tired decor. Service staff were very friendly. One can tell the food is good when most customers were Hong Kongers”

“I use Bills to send parcels most days - some of these parcels are huge and annoying to keep in a smallish shop. The three guys who work there and take in all my boxes have always been kind, polite and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with them - even when I’m bringing in huge amounts of parcels.
