“Lovely surprise! We have lived in the area for years and never tried the restaurant under the new management before. We liked the mussels and prawns dishes a lot. Pizza and Parmigiana were nice as a main but not as much as the starters, those were top. The chef must be really good skilled in handling fish dishes I guess, and we'll definitely be back to try more. Service was attentive and not obtrusive.”

“You certainly can't beat this shop for its range of tools and equipment. I was particularly interested in rechargeable equipment which unfortunately they did not have. They had a good range of sanding equipment. Which is a very similar tool and can be used for polishing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“I bought my wedding wine from here. It wasn't a huge order but the gentleman (I don't have his name) gave me the 5* treatment, helping me choose the best wines for the day, giving me a tasting, and then sorting out my order. He then delivered my order and despite an issue at the venue with collection he persisted and got everything in the fridge as well as delivering glasses for hire. I've never been to majestic before but they have a new valued customer at the Twickenham branch. They are all friendly and fabulous to deal with.”

“Fantastic service. Ramesh fixed a beautiful but old lamp that was in a shed for years. The lamp is working really well. He also fixed a obsolete ebike charger, which i accidentally broke in two. Really pleased with the service and Ramesh is a lovely human being”

“We recently visited Green Bottle Cafe and were truly impressed with everything. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing — we felt right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The service was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. “Excellent experience at Belle Baby in Twickenham! We walked in without an appointment to explore strollers and baby essentials. Ermina, store manager, was fantastic. She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. She was very informative and even suggested we take time to think before making a decision. Definitely will recommend this store for expecting parents!”

“Never had a bad experience here. Always left to browse alone without being bugged, however I’ve never had a problem receiving help when I ask. Friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff in all areas. Gorgeous cats appear out of nowhere to welcome you at different points. More often than not, I also have a chat at the counter with staff when checking out. Thankful for a small family businesses like this still left in the area. Being run the way it is explains how they have lasted so well”

“I’ve been here many times since first coming across it, almost always to have food and it has never disappointed!! The food is so good, the staff are lovely and the prices are more than reasonable. As someone who is rarely impressed by food when eating out, I’m still suprised that everything I or my friends have ordered here has been delicious, from kebabs, to burgers to fajitas. Come hungry, the portions are huge!”

“Really lovely pub where the Sunday lunch is epic! I didn’t even take a picture of my pie but it was incredible - completely homemade and will defo return! If you want a full Sunday Roast then you need to book - but we were lucky there were pies available for the walk-ins! Staff super friendly and attentive and food incredible! AJ’s Pies are perfect!”

“We had our Work Christmas Lunch on 18/12/2025, the Christmas menu was AMAZING! Plenty of food on the plate, we ordered some extra trimmings, which wasn't necessarily needed but definitely happy we had them as the food was sooo good we just could stop eating! Service was friendly and the whole lunch was a success. All my team commented afterwards how great the Christmas Lunch was this year. Thank you very much!”

“An excellent Sunday lunch at The White Swan. Not that many tables, so we'd reserved for 3x in advance, but just a few days before. The weekend before Christnas, so we were pleased to be fitted in. A lovely table right by the bar, immediately friendly service, a drink for me, whilst waiting for the rest of the party. The Sunday roasts were excellent, great pudding as well. Highly recommended ...”

“We really enjoyed our visit. The place was clean and bright and the decor was very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and made recommendations as well as adjustments for us. As for the pizza, it was very good. We loved the texture. The taste and the ingredients were all very fresh. We had the Asian fusion pizza and chicken pizza alongside the cheezy garlic bread, which were all tasty. The pizza base was soft but crispy on the outside. The cheese complimented the base very well. It made a big improvement over the usual local pizza we normally get. We will definitely be visiting this venue again. They also have a delivery service.”

“The experience in this shop is always 10/10 and stands apart from other nail shops by far. This is because of the amount of care they put into your nails. I don’t ever feel like they’re rushing me or rushing the nails. They always take the time to understand what I want exactly and sometimes stayed open longer to finish my design even though I came close to closing time.”

“Best Turkish food store of the area. They are open 24 hours and stock fresh boza made locally in Richmond by a Turkish food scientist. Boza is a traditional fermented vegan smoothie from the Ottoman era, it is gluten free, probiotic, rich in dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals of high bioavailability.”

“1st time and it was a lovely pub near the Rugby (and I could park my motorcycle in the street). The young staff were welcoming, even when I asked if I could have 3 pints of Naked Ladies, if I wasn't being wound up by my buddies who drink there regularly for rugby. BTW they have Erdinger in bottles, including alcohol free so I could enjoy a beer.”
