“I've been taking Belly Dancing lessons for half a year, from Marta, Sandra, and Farrah. All three ladies are excellent teachers. They make sure to repeat the moves so you remember and master them over time. As is the case with every dance, practice makes perfect. It's a ladies-only class, students of all ages and walks of life are welcomed. You can progress from one level to the next, as well as sign up for multiple (paid) lessons in the same week, should you wish to practice a little bit more. These belly dancing lessons are my favourite part of the week; they allow me to relax and have fun, providing a welcome relief during a stressful work week.”

“I was looking for this kind of school for long time. For me is very important to learn technique and choreography in dance. The program that Helen created and teaching in her school is really very professional and is targeted on a result. I joined this bellyfitness school in September. I've learned a lot of staff since then. Couldn't even imagine that in couple of month time there will be such a significant progress. The only regret is I didn't start earlier. It is amazing to see what difference give to your body posture these classes. And how many absolutely beautiful movements now my body is able to perform. Also belly dance is extremely important for woman's energy and wellbeing. It increases our strength and endurance, good for the muscle elasticity and joints flexibility. So is an amazing way for those who is after some versatility in exercising routine. In addition to this the atmosphere in this school is very pleasant and uplifting, so we also have a lot of fun during our classes. If you're a follower, there's no waiting in line to take turns with a leader - a common experience in ballroom and Latin classes - and the partners are so good that they lead you perfectly through the steps. All you have to worry about is your own footwork. Plus, Rafal Lautenbach is the best ballroom teacher in the business. Highly recommended!”

New to dance as an adult can be daunting, but dancing through MK takes this away, they welcome dancers of all ages, experienced and non experienced.
