“I recently joined Nork clinic due to extremely poor service from my previous local doctors. I cannot express enough how great they have been from the get go. My daughter moved to Nork about a year ago due to the same reasons as mine and she has had no problems at all, the whole team have been very supportive thoughtout. I have received excellent pre and post op care from doctors and staff at the practice over the last couple of months. I was amazed that they called me after they had received information about my diagnosis, checking in with me to see and to say what support they can provide. I cannot praise them highly enough. On one occasion I was on the telephone with one doctor for 15 minutes, to then have a follow up call a couple of days later. this just would not of happened with my previous doctors. I am so pleased I made the move when I did. I thank everyone at the clinic.”

“I would give more stars if I could. My husband has had to move surgery during chemotherapy treatment as we were out of area for our old surgery. We were very worried that blood tests, district nurse visits and appointments would suffer. Not at all. It was all handled professionally and empathetically. A huge shout out to Chloe on reception who went beyond for us and also to Dr Rae who called several times to make sure all was happening as it should. Finally, today we went for blood tests and the nurse (Jackie) again went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my husband had the right treatment and help. I feel privileged to be looked after by a wonderful team. Many thanks to all at The longcroft Surgery.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and service. Super accommodating of allergens, loads of veggie options. I genuinely do not understand how this place has any negative reviews. I've ordered from here several times, so here is a breakdown of my experience with them: 1. They have a huge selection of proper vegetarian dishes, whereas most other Chinese takeaways have little-to-nothing. 2. The staff were extremely accommodating of my partner's gluten intolerance, going out of their way to double-check our chosen dishes with the chef, provide allergen information, express their concern over the suitability of other low-gluten dishes etc. and just generally made us feel like they actually care whether he would get sick or not. 3. The food itself is delicious. I mean really, really good. It arrived piping hot, portion sizes were great, and it had clearly only just been cooked (as opposed to pre-made then reheated) because the vegetables were vibrant and still had a lovely crunch to them instead of being pale and soggy. 10/10, highly recommended!”

“Love this little charity shop. It's clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Have found some absolutely lovely nic-naks for the home, great designer labels (the ladies who work there really seems to know their stuff about quality items and are always happy to help too). The staff take a real pride in their work, lovely to know that these volunteers give of their time to help out raising funds for the Children's Trust charity. Such a friendly bunch of ladies. I read one of the reviews about children being ticked off for touching stuff on here... apart from genuinely finding that unlikely as the ladies are so nice, maybe the parents ought to be teaching their kids not to touch things that don't yet belong them, like we were taught when I was small? It seems that gone are the days when we 'look but don't touch'. Anyway, its a great charity shop and I really enjoy browsing for a bargain.”
